2. Application of Oil/Gel: Apply a small amount of lymphatic massage oil or gel to the treatment area. DO NOT USE THE HEAD ON DRY SKIN.
3. Device Settings: Turn on the device and select the lymphatic drainage mode/speed.
4. Treatment: Start at the base of the neck, gently moving the hand piece upwards towards the jawline. - Use light pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system. - Follow the lymphatic pathways: from the neck to the jawline, from the centre of the face outward, and from the forehead towards the temples.
5. Duration: Each session should last about 10-15 minutes.
